I've wondered how they are doing since taking over where Rush left off. Not our Rush but Rush Limbaugh. 
Rush had a voice that was easy to listen to and made you want to hear more. I listen to these guys but they don't seem to have the electricity that Rush had. Opinions?

Watching the local and network news it seems the first 10 minutes is spent on Covid. Nothing but scare tactics it seems. I go into the grocery store and now it seems most people are wearing a face diaper. Today I received a dirty look from a Karen and she pointed to her mask. A month ago very few masks.

At the end of Oct my wife went to a 'Right to life' meeting in Manchester and took 4 other women with her. A couple of days after the meeting all 5 came down with Covid. I got it 2 days later. Neither my wife or I have had any shots but the other 4 women did. 2 had J&J, 1 Modena and the other had Pfizer with the boosters. The youngest was 68 and the oldest 82. Now we don't know if one of the women brought the virus with them or they caught it at the function. It took about 2 weeks for all of us to get over it. As one lady told Phyllis why did I bother getting the shot that made me sick for a couple of days when it didn't do any good? However, none of us have any other real health problems.

That's why now all of our congress critters are Dems. Hopefully we'll get rid of our 2 Reps and one Senator next year.

We just brought their two boys with us to Concord, NC to my oldest son's place for dinner. They are all supposed to head to Orlando on Saturday for some Disney World time.Damn, may God be with you.
A SIL is in the hospital in Orlando with fluid in her lungs and on her heart.
A church friend is in the hospital, prostate and bladder cancer. Emergency surgery the other day as his bladder burst.

My Mom always saved the aluminum foil and bacon grease along with a lot of other stuff. She and Dad were married in the middle of the Great Depression and lived on the farm. Some of those kids doing fact checking outta get out more. They might accidentally learn something.

Here the city is raising the tax value of your property. They say they will not raise the tax rate/thousand. Our house went up 25% in their so called value. Just another way of raising revenue.
