Good Grief.

If Nwanguma had a right to be there and heckle Trump, then Pryor had a right to protest her.  But no one had the right to touch her or engage in assault.  If she was being disruptive or engaging in  disorderly conduct then the authorities had the right to remove her.  The article is not clear as to what she was doing that may have prompted these responses from the crowd, which may have been "the consequences of her behavior."

The Marines can accept or reject as they see fit.  Without knowing more about the kid it is impossible to know if he was motivated by racism.
