While in China, an American man is sexually promiscuous and does not use a condom the entire time he is there.

A week after arriving back home in the States, he wakes one morning to find his penis covered with bright green and purple spots.

Horrified, he immediately goes to see a doctor.

The doctor, never having seen anything like this before, orders some tests and tells the man to return in two days for the results.

The man returns a couple of days later and the doctor says,

"I've got bad news for you, you've contracted Mongolian VD. It's very rare and almost unheard of here in the US , we know very little about it."

The man looks a little perplexed and says, "Well, give me a shot or something and fix me up, Doc."

The doctor answers, "I'm sorry, there's no known cure. We're going to have to amputate your penis.

The man screams in horror, "Absolutely not! I want a second opinion!!!

The doctor replies, "Well, it's your choice. Go ahead, if you want, but

surgery is your only option."

The next day, the man seeks out a Chinese doctor, figuring that he'll know more about the disease.

The Chinese doctor examines his penis and proclaims,

"Ah, yes, Mongolian VD. Vewy ware disease.

The guy says to the doctor, "Yeah, yeah, I already know that, but what can we do? My American doctor wants to cut off my penis!"

The Chinese doctor shakes his head and laughs.

"Stupid American docttah, always want opawate.

Make more money dat way. No need amputate!"

"Oh, thank God!" the man exclaims.

"Yes," says the Chinese doctor.

"Wait two week. Fall off by itself.

You have to look at each of these situations case by case.  Most of situations I've seen stem from different understandings of events and are technical lies.  It looked blue to me but others though it was gold, so I'm a liar.  Mueller chooses one "truth" and the other guy gets charged with lying.

The only proper answer to any question from the special prosecutor is to refuse to answer questions because so many people who do wind up getting themselves in trouble trying to be helpful.

Yes. I'm finding out through these cases something shocking. Human memory is imperfect, and open to interpretation, I thought that was a given. Apparently not. You are held to an impossible standard? If you say "I don't remember emailing that person but maybe I did and forgot. That was two years ago." And then they dig up the email, they will charge you with lying!

The only thing you can do is to refuse to talk to them, EVER. For any reason, even if they say you are only a witness they are really after someone else - that's a lie.  THEY can lie to YOU but God help you if your memory is not perfect in every detail. Is this really the world we live in? This is Communist China, this is a fascist dictatorship. This isn't the land of justice and fairness.

I don't understand why any of these people are talking to them at all. Because then they will be charged with "obstruction" or "failure to cooperate" or something. This is unconscionable. They pick a target and go after them. That's not how it's supposed to work. They are supposed to have a crime and then find the perpetrators. This is beyond out of control. And the taxpayers are funding these corrupt monsters and these empty witch hunts.

Chris Wallace sure showed himself as a never Trumper last night. He said Trump never mentioned education, yet Trump stated it was time for school choice. Maybe he fell asleep during that part.

It didn't count because it wasn't a plan to send everyone to college for free.

”Psychotic hostiles,” very apt!

You could see the spiteful Bolsheviks putting on the usual smirky, grim, oppose-at-all-costs looks, but some did soften a little.

I think that Harris, Booker and Warren were getting a taste of how a real President leads. Of course, if elected, none of them would have to face a fraction of the psychotically hostile treatment Trump has.

And no, I don’t think POTUS is perfect. He made a glaring error last night, but since he was 99% on point I’m going to overlook it.

Yes he did and I'm overlooking it too. All in all I was very pleased and that speech should go down in history as one of the best. He supported, praised and uplifted America and Americans. It's high time. I'm sick of politicians putting us - their own country and people! - down constantly.

Ever notice you don't see people fleeing capitalist countries to go to socialist countries?   ;D

I know some people who flee socialist countries to come to the U.S. and then bitch that we aren't socialized enough.

Power and authority need to be in the office not the person. It's the whole reason we broke from King George. The Democrats no longer respect the office. They have decided that the ideals of the person is what should have power and authority - their leftist ideals specifically. Nothing highlighted this more than Hillary during the debate where she said she would name SC nominees who would use the court for activism. Trump stated his nominees would uphold the Constitution (as the office is sworn to do). That tells you all you need to know about the left and their desire to replace rule of law with their own agenda.

My husband googled RBG’s whereabouts and all he got was a bunch of links about how the right is obsessed with her viability.

I’m kind of going with, if you have nothing to hide you make all clear as to what is going on. She is indeed an important public figure and more importantly a public servant. Just imagine if Kavanaugh disappeared for 54 days under media silence.

Internet searches are becoming more frustrating have you noticed? The stuff that comes back lately seems more superficial or biased or too full of ads than I recall in the past. Is it just me? And I'm not just using google I use duck duck go and Ixquick and bing too.

The economy is doing really well, unemployment continues to drop, and tax cuts have been passed. That's a very strong case for re-election. I'm not a fan of Trump's demeanor, nor his tweeting, but he's governed far more conservatively than I expected. In the end I think the left nominates someone who's far left and Trump wins. If the Democrats could actually nominate a moderate I think it would be a lot easier to beat Trump.

Personally, I would not trust Trump as far as I could throw him. And I have no illusion that he is doing good for the country because he cares about the country. Maybe he does and maybe he doesn't but I'm not assuming I know what his private feelings and motives are. But what is fact is that he is keeping his promises. Why he's keeping his campaign promises is his business. Maybe he just wants to make a strong legacy for himself. Maybe he genuinely believes low taxes result in a stronger economy. Maybe he is doing it all for his own personal glory and political power.

I suspect he actually enjoys making enemies and then beating them down, so maybe he is keeping his promises mostly because the Democrats don't want him to. I don't care why, I am just thrilled that he is. I got a great tax cut. Maybe he'll succeed in reducing the flood of illegals. He has rolled back so many regulations that is so good for the economy, and getting this country energy independent. Jobs are coming back. He has put China on notice that they can't walk all over us anymore.  A good SC justice, nearly everything he's doing I am thrilled about. So he tweets like an ass so what? It's very refreshing to have a president tweet directly to us instead of the media filtering everything through a biased lens.

I thought Reagan would be my favorite president ever but I think it's going to end up being Trump. Reagan disappointed me with the illegal issue, and on several other things, although his heart was in the right place. Trump so far is doing everything I voted for him to do, and I've no idea where his heart is or if he even has one.

^^^^^This.  Said more articulately than I could.  I don't want her to die, I just don't want her on the court anymore.  If she retires, and gets well and has a happy rest of her life, that would be great.

That's how I feel.  SHE refuses to retire herself, so the only way she will get off the court is to die, therefore that is the only option to hope for. I just want her to get her wrinkly old demented worn out butt off the damn bench. There's nothing wrong with wanting that. If she won't do it except to die, then that's all that's left to wish for. That is on HER; it doesn't make me a bad guy because she forced me into wishing it.

When Madonna talks about blowing up the WH and Kathy what's her face holds up a bloody head of Trump and Democrats yell "Die M ** F ** cracker!" at a kid in a MAGA hat, and Trump's wife and children get death threats, I am not going to feel bad about hoping to myself that God (or Lucifer) sees fit to take a sick old lady home sooner rather than later.

I can't pretend to be a paragon of virtue, I'm only human.

That is when it hit me was when I got my first paycheck and I looked at the stub of deductions.  Looking around imagining the same thing with everyone else then after talking with my Dad and the taxes he paid on the farm and what other folks were paying taxes on their businesses I realized then that NOTHING is free in this life.  That was when I became conservative for good!

I was a socially liberal rebellious type student in high school and college, but I NEVER bought into economic collectivism (leftism) because I had happened upon "The Gulag Archipelago" when I was only 14 or so.  That book inoculated me against any form of communism (which is basically what progressives are today) for life.

Hmmm... maybe you need to give your granddaughter a copy of that book.

No positive forward movements in terms of nuclear disarmament and reunification?   Really?

I guess those meetings between Kim and the South Korean President, where they openly discussed reunification and disarminate were just media shows.

I guess also the North removing all anti American propaganda from walls, billboards and their media is a farce as well. Oh, and add that the state media of North Korea is now reporting to the citizens what is going on between north and south, as well as the US.

I have to also assume by your post that the countless meetings and ongoing negotiations between the US state Dept and N Korea are “fake news”.

And the photos of the north and South working together to open the DMZ, just fake huh?

Baby steps. Look at it from Kim nutso's perspective. He was raised to HATE the U.S. but not only that, to view her as weak with weak temporary leaders he couldn't relate to. In the primate world, relationships between males who belong to enemy, or even just stranger, groups begins with mistrust and even hostility, with posturing and displays, and often with physical fights. This is how they size each other up and order themselves in the dominance hierarchy. One will either kill the other, or with time they may become friends. Trump was the first U.S. leader with whom Kim could follow this natural law and it made him perk up and take notice, and say, oh!!! An alpha male like me! Yikes I better play the game with him. So the trash talk about big red buttons and so on, which Trump came out on top. So for the first time Kim had to say, oh boy this guy is serious, I need to make friends with him (or at least explore the option) because if I don't he just might actually come after me. And besides, maybe we might possibly benefit from finally joining the world community.

But he has to de-program himself gradually. NK is just like a cult. Maybe, just maybe little Kimmie isn't the psychopath monster his father and grandfather were. Maybe it took a manly man like Trump to smack him out of his lifelong stupor. If so it will be a process. Why on earth would we expect instantaneous results? What's happened just in two years is amazing progress.

Don't worry. The unregistered rate of the white vs. black population is about the same. So someone else can load up folks from the poor white areas if you think that will help. Also, rewarding voters with anything is illegal.

But enforcing that is extremely difficult. Especially when the enforcers are on their side. We have election officials on video telling illegals how to get registered to vote. Dems are trying to swing elections not by changing peoples minds and motivating them honestly to go vote, but by purposely targeting populations and even individuals who they know will vote their way to offer free rides to polls (or take in their early ballots) and even minor bribes just to stuff the polls with dem voters and, they are only doing this where the vote outcome will make or break their election win. It's slimy what they do.

Yet another case where I am simply baffled when I hear in mainstream media something that sounds like "the sky is red!" when it is clearly blue.

I listened to Trump directly. He is clearly fully in charge and has not only not caved at all on his wall, he found a way to get the federal employees their paychecks. They'll get paid, but then the shutdown is going to resume in three weeks if Trump doesn't get his wall. HOW is that Trump backing down or losing?

The MSM talks about how this is Trump losing, Pelosi and the Dems winning, Trump has backed down and they have corned him.  What on earth are you talking about?  Are you in an alternate universe? It's exactly the other way round. Pelosi is the one cornered.  If the Dems don't put Trump's wall in the budget now, Trump is virtually certain to either let the government shut down again, or simply declare a national emergency.  Trump has ALL the cards and the Dems are just looking like petty fools. Especially with all the videos of them in the past proclaiming we need a wall.

Every time I listen to the mainstream media these days I feel like the landing party that just beamed up:
